APCH Inc. is a nonprofit charitable organization incorporated in the State of Indiana and is governed by a board of directors that have more than 80 years of combined experience in meeting the mental, spiritual, social, and physical needs of individuals with life-controlling problems such as drugs and alcohol abuse.


To provide programs and services for women (aged 18 and older) with life-controlling problems and a future home for at-risk children to help them transition from an unhealthy to a healthy lifestyle in a longterm residential  setting in a safe and loving environment.


To provide a holistic approach to meeting the many needs of these women and children such as drug and alcohol counseling, parenting skills, abuse counseling, job skills, financial management, healthcare issues, foster care issues, employment opportunities, and transitional housing, to mention a few.
